一般說明

N-甲基-D-门冬氨酸受体亚基NR1(NMDAR1)是属于谷氨酸门控离子通道家族的多通道膜蛋白,是包含四聚体蛋白NMDAR的两个亚基之一,位于整个大脑的兴奋性突触中。NMDAR1由甘氨酸介导,是兴奋性毒性,学习,记忆获得,突触可塑性和突触发成的关键组成部分。它还对涉及谷氨酸神经传递和细胞表面NMDA受体靶向的神经元功能起调节作用。作为谷氨酸门控离子通道,NMDAR1具有高度的钙渗透性,并且以电压依赖性方式对镁具有敏感性。

纯化的兔单克隆IgG,溶于含有0.1 M Tris-甘氨酸(pH 7.4)、150 M NaCl、0.05%叠氮化钠和40%甘油的缓冲液中。

儲存和穩定性

自收到之日起在-20°C可稳定保存1年。
使用建议:收到后,在取下瓶盖之前,将小瓶离心并轻轻混合溶液。分装到微量离心管中,并储存于 -20°C。避免反复冻融,其可能会破坏IgG并影响产品性能。
注意:冷藏室温度变化至低于-20°C时可能导致含甘油的溶液在储存过程中冻结。
