Chromolith®色谱柱均由具有特征性双峰孔结构的硅胶整体制成

Chromolith®高分辨率RP-18封端柱具有直径1.15 μm的大孔隙,色谱柱效率超过140,000塔板/米。中孔为15 nm(150 Å),表面修饰为带有完整封端的十八烷基硅烷。Chromolith®高分辨率RP-18封端柱属于USP L1类。柱效率可与2.7至3μm粒径全孔隙颗粒柱相媲美。Chromolith®高分辨率RP-18封端柱非常适用于LC-MS应用。
