用于显微镜的高碘酸希夫反应或称PAS反应的希夫试剂是一种即用型溶液,用于检测黏多糖、糖原、粘蛋白和糖蛋白、糖基、磷脂、基底膜和胶原。PAS(高碘酸希夫)反应是组织学中检测醛和粘液物质的最常用化学方法之一。在PAS反应中,首先用高碘酸处理组织学标本材料,从而将1,2-乙二醇氧化为醛基。第二步中希夫试剂(品红-硫酸)的加入使醛反应生成亮红色物质。最终的结果是未取代多糖、中性黏多糖、粘蛋白和糖蛋白、糖基、磷脂的PAS反应产生特定的呈色反应。 PAS反应可与阿利辛蓝染色方法结合起来用于检测粘液物质(氨基葡聚糖)。500 ml足以满足约2500-3000次染色。已注册为IVD和CE认证产品,可用于临床诊断。 有关详细信息,请参阅使用说明 (IFU)。IFU 可以从本网页下载。
