前列腺素（PGs）属于类花生酸（eicosanoid）类生物化合物，是花生四烯酸代谢过程中形成的氧衍生物。PG位于哺乳动物的每一种组织和体液中。它首先在人类前列腺中被发现，因此得名前列腺素。
應用
