General description

Superdex 200 is a column for rapid purity check and screening by high resolution gel filtration for proteins with molecular weights between 10 000 and 600 000, such as antibodies. Pre-packed with small rigid agarose beads for high flow rates and pH stability.

Suitability

Long term use: all commonly used aqueous buffers, up to 8 M urea, ionic and non-ionic detergents, up to 6M guanidine hydrochloride
Well suited for rapid purity checks and quick screenings of experimental conditions.

Storage and Stability

Store at 4 to 30 °C (20% Ethanol)
