Cell Line Description
Grows spontaneously in suspension in low serum concentrations. It can also be grown in serum-free medium supplemented with 0.5% bactopeptone.
Application
Virus and metabolic studies
Culture Medium
DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 100,000 to 1,000,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
