Application

Anti-Neuron Specific Enolase (NSE) Antibody is an antibody against Neuron Specific Enolase (NSE) for use in IC, IH & WB.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 using 2% paraformaldehyde fixed tissues.
Immunocytochemistry: 1:50-1:100 using 2% paraformaldehyde fixed cells.
Western blotting: On mouse brain extracts, blot shows a single band at 47 kDa.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
