Specificity

Recognizes RSV, all antigens. Does not react with Para 1-3, Influenza A & B and Adenovirus by IFA. Non reactive with HEp-2 cells and WI-38 cells.

Application

Anti-Respiratory Syncytial Virus Antibody is an antibody against Respiratory Syncytial Virus for use in ELISA, IF, IH(P).
Indirect immunofluorescence: 1:480.

Reactive in paraffin embedded sections (see matsuse, et al 2000).

Fusion inhibition (1:256)

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Physical form

Format: Purified
Purified immunoglobulin in PBS (0.01 M, pH 7.2) with 0.1% sodium azide.

Storage and Stability

Maintain -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
