Application
Evaluated by Western Blotting in lysate from HEK293 cells treated with Iodoacetamide.
Western Blotting Analysis (WB): A 1:1,000 dilution of this antibody detected CAM-cysteine modified proteins in lysate from HEK293 cells treated with Iodoacetamide (1 mM for 10 min), but not in untreated cells.
Tested applications
Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected CAM-cysteine modified proteins in HEK293 cells treated with Iodoacetamide (IAM).
Enzyme Immunoassay Analysis (ELISA): A serial of dilution from a representative lot detected CAM-cysteine modified proteins in HEK293 cells treated with Iodoacetamide (IAM).
Flow Cytometry Analysis: 0.1 μg from a representative lot detected CAM-cysteine modified proteins in HEK293 cells treated with Iodoacetamide (IAM).
Note: Actual optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user as specimens, and experimental conditions may vary with the end user
