General description

Dimepiperate is a systemic, thiocarbamate herbicide used for the control of barnyard grass in flooded rice fields.

Application

Dimepiperate may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in:
  • Shellfish using gas chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (GC/MS/MS).
  • Rice paddy fields using quick easy cheap effective rugged safe (QuEChERS) method combined with gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
