Application
Tantalum standard may be used as standard for inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) method for determination of tantalum in superalloys.
Analysis Note
1 g/L Ta in 2% nitric acid and <0.5% hydrofluoric acid, prepared with high purity Ta metal, HNO3, HF and water
