Specificity

Fascin. The antibody is strongly positive when antigen-presenting dendritic cells are matured. MAB3582 is a sensitive marker for Reed-Sternberg Cells of Hodgkin′s Disease. The protein is an actin bundling protein specifically localized in filopodia and growth cones.
