General description

GRAM domain-containing protein 1B (GRAMD1) is a membrane protein and a part of the GRAM-domain containing family of proteins. It is expressed in the CNS, dendritic cells and neutrophils.

Application

Anti-GRAMD1B antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Each antibody is tested by immunohistochemistry against hundreds of normal and disease tissues. These images can be viewed on the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) site by clicking on the Image Gallery link. Biochem/physiol Actions

GRAMD1B has been implicated in chemoresistance and elevated levels of this protein have been observed in taxane-resistant ovarian cancer cells.
