General description

Designed for use in thrombin clotting time tests. Key enzyme that activates factor XIII and converts fibrinogen into fibrin.
Designed for use in thrombin clotting time tests. Serine protease formed in the plasma during the clotting process from prothrombin, calcium, and thromboplasmin. Acts on the soluble plasma protein fibrinogen to convert it to an insoluble fibrin clot. Prepared from homogenous human prothrombin by activation with Factor Xa, Factor Va, and phospholipid. Designed for use in thrombin time tests.
