General description

The pentafluorophenylpropyl stationary phase of Ascentis Express F5 provides a stable reversed phase packing with electron-deficient phenyl rings due to the presence of electronegative fluorines. In addition to forming pi-pi and mildly steric interactions, F5 phases also retain compounds by polar interactions. Ascentis Express F5 can be used for basic, acidic, or neutral compounds with alternate selectivity from C18.

Application

  • Research on the Synthesis of Zinc-Ammonium Phosphate Using Galvanic Waste Sludge as a Source of Zinc.: This research investigates the synthesis of zinc-ammonium phosphate utilizing galvanic waste sludge, highlighting the analytical methods involving hydrochloric acid in the chemical recycling process (Morgovan et al., 2024).

  • Chile′s agricultural research institute plant tissue analysis dataset.: This dataset encompasses analytical methods used for plant tissue analysis, with hydrochloric acid playing a key role in the preparation and analysis processes (Corradini et al., 2023).

  • Determination of three plant growth regulators in Dendrobium officinale and Anoectochilus roxburghii by three-phase hollow fiber liquid phase microextraction- high performance liquid chromatography.: The study details a method using hydrochloric acid for the extraction and analysis of plant growth regulators, enhancing the accuracy of high-performance liquid chromatography techniques (Wu et al., 2023).
