General description
Rat CRP/C-Reactive Protein ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) Kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of a target protein in biological samples, such as serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, urine, and/or cell and tissue lysates. C-reactive protein (CRP) belongs to the pentraxin family of proteins and is highly conserved. It is produced as a response to several inflammatory cytokines by the liver.
Immunogen
Recombinant Rat CRP
Application
Rat CRP/C-Reactive Protein ELISA Kit has been used for the quantification of C-reactive protein (CRP) in rat serum or rat acinar cell line (AR42J) and rat blood.
