Application
Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule) antibody produced in sheep has been used in competitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
Biochem/physiol Actions
IgG antibody defends bacterial, fungal and viral infections. Maternal IgG can cross placenta and offers immune defense for the neonate against infections.
Other Notes
Antibody adsorbed with human IgG.
Physical form
Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide as preservative

Journal of pharmaceutical and biomedical analysis, 30(4), 897-911 (2002-11-01)
Zoledronic acid is a new, highly potent bisphosphonate drug under clinical evaluation. A radioimmunoassay has been developed to determine zoledronic acid concentration in human serum, plasma, and urine. The assay utilizes rabbit polyclonal antisera against a zoledronic acid-BSA conjugate and
