General description

The premixed PBS (phosphate buffered saline) buffer is provided as a 10x solution.

Application

Buffers in a Box, Premixed PBS Buffer, 10x has been used in immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization.
Buffers in a Box, Premixed PBS Buffer, 10x has been used:
  • to dissolve Candida albicans to prepare its inoculum
  • in western blotting assay to wash the poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) membranes incubated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated secondary antibodies
  • for resuspending pellets for testing treated dogs′ sera for antibodies to Islet cells and adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs)
