General description
Polypropylene microplate for biomolecule purification
Applications such as combinatorial chemistry library generation that require large sample volumes depend on microplates capable of filtering and holding these volumes. Biomolecule purification by solid phase extraction (SPE) is an example of one such an application.
Whatman UNIFILTER 24 well microplates are well suited for large sample volume filtration. As SPE plates, they possess high heat and chemical resistance, as well as novel long drip directors that minimize the risk of well-to-well cross-contamination.
