Polyamine Supplement (1000×) is a general medium supplement specially formulated to boost cell growth for enhanced viral and protein expression. One mL supplement is recommended for 1 liter of medium.

Application

Polyamine Supplement (1000×) has been used with serum-free medium (SFM) to culture human lymphocytes from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). It has also been used in combination with antioxidant supplement (A 1345) to culture zygotes.
