General description
Source: Pichia pastoris
Formulation: Preservative and carrier-free in 1X PBS, pH 7.4. Filtered through 0.22μm filter.
Concentration: See product insert.
Purification: Purified from Pichia pastoris culture by His-Trap chromatography. Purity > 95 % by silver stained SDS-PAGE, run under reducing conditions.
Note:
(1) rCor a 1 has a C-terminal 6xHis-tag.
(2) Substituted Q for N (N126Q) at Glycosylation site 126
(3) Avoid repeated Freeze/Thaw cycles. It is recommended to aliquot the product upon first thaw and freeze in working aliquot volumes.
