Immunogen

Epitope: phospho-specific (Ser112)
Phosphorylated (serine 112) synthetic peptide from amino acids 107-121 of human PPAR gamma2 (identical to PPAR gamma1). No homology with PPAR alpha or PPAR beta.

Use Anti-PPAR gamma 1 & 2 Antibody, phospho-specific (Ser112) (mouse monoclonal antibody) validated in ELISA, WB, ICC to detect PPAR gamma 1 & 2 also known as Peroxisome Proliferator Activated Receptor γ 1 & 2.
Western blot: 1:500-1:5,000 on endogenous and recombinant protein.
