Application

  • Silybin liver research: Silybin A and B, as part of the silymarin complex, are extensively studied for their hepatoprotective properties. They play a crucial role in liver health by mitigating oxidative stress and enhancing regenerative processes in hepatic tissue (Cai et al., 2024).

  • Silybin pharmacological research: The pharmacological effects of silybin, particularly its roles in inhibiting inflammation and modulating drug metabolizing enzymes, make it a valuable compound in therapeutic research, particularly for its benefits in hepatology and oncology (Hammad et al., 2024).
