General description
Mouse IgM Lambda
Specificity
This antibody reacts to the lamda light chain of mouse immunoglobulins. No cross reactivity with the kappa light chain, human IgG, rat IgG, or goat IgG. The Fc region of clone RM110 has been engineered to eliminate the binding of Fc receptor.
Application
ELISA Analysis: The specificity and reactivity of a representative lot was confirmed by ELISA analyses.
Quality
Evaluated by Western Blotting in nonreduced and reduced mouse IgG1κ and IgG1γ.
Western Blotting Analysis (WB): 0.2 μg/mL of this antibody detected Mouse Ig lambda light chain in nonreduced mouse IgG1γ.
