Gene Information

human ... CAMK1D(57118)

General description

The calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 1D (CAMK1D) gene codes for a member of the Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 1 subfamily of serine/threonine kinases. It is located on human chromosome 10p13.

Immunogen

Peptide with sequence ASQKDCAYVAKPES from the C Terminus of the protein sequence according to NP_065130.1.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 1D (CAMK1D) modulates the role of granulocytes through chemokine signaling transduction pathway. It is associated with type 2 diabetes (T2D).
