General description

Anaerobe Indicator Test is a sachet containing a test strip saturated with resazurin solution. It is for checking the atmosphere in sealed containers used for incubation. Test Strips are saturated with resazurin in a buffered aqueous solution containing preservatives. Resazurin is a blue dye, used as an oxidation-reduction indicator where a color change from pink to white indicates anaerobic conditions.

Application

Anaerobe Indicator Test strips is used to monitor the anaerobic condition for the controlled growth of anaerobic bacteria.
