Specificity

Reacts with the major form of heavy chain of non-neuronal KHC near the N-terminus.

Immunogen

Epitope: heavy chain, non-neuronal KHC

Application

Anti-Kinesin Antibody, heavy chain, non-neuronal KHC, clone H1 detects level of Kinesin & has been published & validated for use in ELISA, IP, RIA, WB, IC, IH.
Immunohistochemistry on paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. Also works for EM.

Immunocytochemistry: paraformaldehyde fixed cells; 5-10′ RT, freshly made 4% PFA; permeabilize with 0.1-.2% triton X-100 in 3% normal serum blocking buffer

Immunoblotting: recognizes 124kDa KHC from non-neuronal samples.

Immunoprecipitation

Inhibition of kinesin mediated transport

EIA/RIA

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Microtubuli play an important role in the organization of organelles and membrane traffic. They are present in melanocytic dendrites through which melanosomes are transported towards keratinocytes. Besides the actin-based motility systems, microtubuli-associated motor proteins also play a critical role in

Previous studies identified a family of organic anion transport proteins (OATPs), many of which have C-terminal PDZ binding consensus sequences. In particular, the C-terminal four amino acids of Oatp1a1, a transporter on rat and mouse hepatocytes, comprise a consensus binding

The role of cholesterol in the regulation of endosome motility was investigated by monitoring the intracellular trafficking of endocytosed folate receptors (FRs) labeled with fluorescent folate conjugates. Real-time fluorescence imaging of HeLa cells transfected with green fluorescent protein-tubulin revealed that
