Novabiochem®′s new IMAC-based purification Tag provides an simple alternative to the use of RP-HPLC for the purification of long peptides. The method is extremely easy-to-use, gives higher recoveries than RP-HPLC, and because it has a selectivity orthogonal to RP-HPLC, it is more effective at removing closely eluting impurities.
