Histone H3 peptide mono-methylated at Lysine 9, biotinylated, substrate for histone demethylases belonging to the Jumanji domain-containing (JMJ) family .

Application

Suitable as a substrate for histone demethylases belonging to the Jumonji (JMJ) family. It can be used to study enzyme kinetics, and to screen small molecular inhibitors of these demethylases for drug discovery and HTS applications.
