Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

SLC15A4 (Solute carrier family 15, member 4) is a peptide/histidine transporter protein belonging to the proton-dependent oligopeptide transporters (POT) gene family. It is expressed in the gastrointestinal tract, spleen, skeletal muscle, and Caco-2 cells. It also helps in peptide-based drug transport.
