C3B9 was developed by immunizing mice with extracted T. brucei brucei cytoskeleton and fusing the mouse spleen cells with the myeloma Sp2-0/Ag.

Application

Detection of acetylated α tubulin.

Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 1-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C
