Application
Standard reference material 1107 is intended for validating chemical and instrumental methods for elemental analysis of brass alloys.
Features and Benefits
- Available with NIST-certified values as well as reference mass fraction and Coverage Factor (k) values of elements in Naval brass estimated using a Gaussian random effects model [3–5] and the DerSimonian-Laird procedure.
- The certified values are metrologically traceable to the SI unit of mass, expressed as a percent.
- Information values for elements are provided and expressed as mass fractions.
- Expiration details and instructions for use, storage, and handling are provided on the NIST certificate.
Other Notes
Certified for the analytes listed below.
