  • Load up to 80 μl sample / well
  • Typical run time 30 min (MES, 180V) or 34 min (MOPS, 200V)
  • Reverse gasket when using with Bio-Rad Mini-PROTEAN systems
  • Use adapter (MPTA) with XCell SureLock and other compatible systems
