General description

PROPERTIES:

Contains the cell attachment region of the fibronectin molecule.
Product Source: Human plasma cryoprecipitate (plasma fibronectin), assayed negative for hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C Virus (HCV), HIV-1, HIV-2, HTLV-1, HTLV-2 and Treponema pallidum. Handle as if potentially infectious.

Application

F1904 is suitable for use in ELISA and affinity chromatography, and possibly molecular mapping of fibronectin function.

Physical form

Purified protein. Lyophilized in sodium citrate buffer, pH 7.4. Reconstitute with water.

Storage and Stability

Maintain material at -20°C for 3 months or -70°C for six months.
