General description

F-10 Ham supports the growth of human diploid cells, white blood cells for chromosomal analysis, and primary explants of rat, rabbit, and chicken tissues. Ham′s Nutrient Mixtures are developed to support the clonal growth of several clones like Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells, clones of HeLa, and mouse L-cells.

Application

Nutrient Mixture F-10 Ham has been used:

  • to culture lamina cribrosa explants
  • in in vitro culture of lizard tail regenerate
  • for culturing of lizard embryo-fibroblasts

Reconstitution

Supplement with 0.146 g/L L-glutamine.
