Transfer buffer powder for use with mPAGE Bis-Tris gels. 10 packets. Each packets makes 1 liter of transfer buffer at 1X.

Application

mPAGE Transfer Buffer is formulated fortransfer of proteins from mPAGE Bis-Tris gels to blotting membranes. For standard standard wet (tank) transfer, use the buffer at 1X. For semi-dry transfer, use the buffer at 2X. Please see the mPAGE user guide for instructions on reconstituting the buffer.
