LiChrospher^® RP-18 endcapped is a reliable and versatile traditionally produced spherical silica gel carrier with revered phase properties. It is well suited for the separation of neutral, acidic and weak basic compounds.

Application

• Simultaneous quantification of delta-9-THC, THC-acid A, CBN and CBD in seized drugs using HPLC-DAD: The robustness of the LiChrospher^® 60 RP-select B column is highlighted in forensic science, where it is used to accurately identify and quantify cannabinoids, demonstrating its critical role in legal and forensic analyses (Ambach et al., 2014).
