General description
Maximize your protein sample recovery with Eppendorf Protein LoBind Plates. Eppendorf LoBind Plates are equipped with a special two-component polymer mix that creates a hydrophilic surface to ensure optimal sample recovery rates. These plates are specifically designed for protein research or sensitive testing methods in proteomics, where they enable excellent results due to less sample binding to the plate surface.
Application
- Preparation or storage of protein, peptide or antibody samples
- Enzymatic assays – the hydrophilic surface reduces denaturation when interacting with the vessel wall
- Avoiding sample loss when storing virus stock solutions
- Storage of cell suspensions
Features and Benefits
- Eppendorf LoBind material ensures outstanding sample recovery for better test results
- Without surface coating (e.g. silicone) to minimize the risk of sample interference
- Batch-certified purity grade PCR clean: free from human DNA, DNase, RNase and PCR inhibitors
- Available as reaction vessel, microplate and deepwell plate for easy scaling
- Unique high-contrast OptiTrack matrix: up to 30% faster sample detection and fewer pipetting errors
- RecoverMax well design: Optimized well geometry for minimized residual or dead volume and excellent mixing properties
- Raised corrugated edges and a smooth surface ensure reliable sealing of the plates
