Cell Line Description
Isolated from a urethan-induced lung adenoma of a 28 week old A/He strain mouse. The cells incorporate high levels of 14C-choline into lecithin. C-type particles have been observed in some cultures.

Ham′s F12 + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 15% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:3 i.e. seeding at 3-5x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
