Boron-nitrogen doping of polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), such as borazine-core hexabenzocoronene, presents possibilities for tuning the properties of organic electronics and nanographene materials while preserving structural characteristics of pure hydrocarbons. Previous photochemical studies have demonstrated extension of a borazine-core PAH network
