General description

Recombinant fragment corresponding to 118 amino acids from the N-terminal half of Rat Voltage-gated sodium channel subunit alpha (Nav1.4).

Specificity

Clone N255/38 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that targets Sodium channel protein type 4 subunit alpha (Nav1.4). It targets an epitope within the N-terminal, extracellular domain.

Application

Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) Analysis: A 1:50 dilution from a representative lot detected Nav1.4 Na+ channel in rat cerebral cortex tissue sections.

Quality

Evaluated by Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) in rat hippocampus tissue sections.
