General description

Ultima Gold XR LSC Cocktail is a safer line of liquid scintillation cocktails (LSC) designed for a wide range of aqueous solutions. Liquid scintillation counting in radionuclide metrology involves preparing samples which are emulsions of aqueous radioactive solutions in liquid scintillation cocktails. Ultima Gold  XR LSC Cocktail technology is an alternative screening tool to alpha spectrometry and gas flow proportional counting.

Application

Ultima Gold XR LSC Cocktail is widely used to measure low-energy radionuclides. Metrology laboratories also use it for the standardization of radioactive solutions.
