General description
• Digital touchpad oscillation control: 120 to 1,800 Hz
• Constant oscillation at varying frequencies and loads
• 3 memory settings: frequency and timer
• Reproducible sample grinding or cell disruption
• Timer: 1 to 99 min or continuous
• Sample cap.: 0.2 to 2 × 10 ml
Sample jars are drawn through radial oscillations in a horizontal plane. Grinding balls inside the jar grind and homogenise the sample.
Useful for wet or dry-grinding chemicals, minerals and ores, soils, ceramics, tablets, etc., for analysis. It is also useful for cell disruption of plant material, hair, tissue, or bone samples. Set oscillation speed is maintained, even at varying power frequencies and loads. Plexiglas safety cover with electronic brake stops movement in less than 1s if safety cover is opened during operation. Requires a pair of grinding jars to ensure stability. Supplied without grinding jars, balls, or cell disruption accessories.
