General description

Naphthalene-d8 solution is an analytical reference standard specifically designed for monitoring organic chemicals on the Priority Pollutants List in municipal and industrial wastewater per methods developed by the US EPA Environmental Monitoring Systems Laboratory in Cincinnati, Ohio (EMSL/CL), under authority of the Clean Water Act (CWA).

Application

Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique. Contact Technical Service for further support. Naphthalene-d8 solution is used as an internal standard for the analysis of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in olive oil using a novel SPE cartridge followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometric (GC-MS) analysis.
