MitoA is selective hydrogen sulfide (H2S) probe targeting mithchondria suitable for in vivo use. MitoA accumulates in mitochondria within tissues, where it is converted to MitoN by reaction with H2S. Both compounds are detected sensitively by LC-MS/MS.
