TruPAGE TEA-Tricine SDS Running Buffer is specially formulated to be used with TruPAGE Precast Gels. This running buffer is ideally suited for resolution of a wide range of protein sizes. Please refer to the gel migration chart to select the appropriate gel and running buffer combination for your experimental needs.

Other Notes

TEA-Tricine SDS running buffer should be used if resolving proteins on 4–8% gels, which is ideal for larger molecular weight proteins.
