General description

Ready-to-use Cas9 lentiviral particles are ideal for transducing a wide range of cell lines. The Cas9 Neomycin Lentiviral particles efficiently integrate Cas9 into the genomes of both dividing and non-dividing cell lines for use with CRISPR genome editing. Stably integrate Cas9 and Neo using the convenient, ready-to-use lentiviral particles while avoiding the tedious lentivirus production process.

Application

Functional Genomics/Screening /Target Validation/Genome Editing

Components

200 ul of purified lentiviral particles (minimum of 1 X 106 TU/ml via a p24 assay) expressing Cas9 only with blasticidin resistance.
