Application
It can also be used:
- As a catalyst in the alkynylation of heteroaromatic N-oxides to synthesize corresponding C2-alkynylheterocycles.
- As a superbase medium with dimethyl sulfoxide (KOH/DMSO medium) for the synthesis of cross-coupling products under transition metal-free conditions from reactions between aryl halides and various sulfur, oxygen and nitrogen-based nucleophiles.
- In the synthesis and thermodynamic study of Na-based zeolites.
