Preparation Note

Suspend 60.25 g of WL Nutrient Broth in 1000 ml of distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. If desired to obtain a pH of 6.5 add a 1% solution of sodium bicarbonate (Cat. No. 71627).
