General description

Imazalil sulfate is an imidazole fungicide and its mode of action involves the inhibition of sterol synthesis thus affecting cell wall permeability in fungi.

Application

Imazalil sulfate may be used as a standard test material to investigate its electrochemical degradation by anodic oxidation on boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrode.
